What is your return policy?

If you would like to return an item, please request a return form by contacting contactus@azira.co.uk

You have 14 days* from the date of delivery to return any unwanted item in their original condition, 21 days from the date of delivery for International orders.

Earrings, e-gift cards, customised pieces and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs** we strongly recommend using a tracked delivery option as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered items. Once delivered, refunds will appear in your account within 3-5 working days.

Is your jewellery waterproof?

The majority of our pieces are now made using high quality stainless steel (304 or 316L steel) and feature a water resistant coating. This means their colour (plated and non plated) can last a very long time, we still recommend following the care guide (see below) to make your jewellery last longer without wear and tear.

Rare pieces that are plated using any other base metals such as titanium or sterling silver may discolour in the long term and should be kept away from water, chemicals, lotions, other liquids, heat etc..

Please check the details of individual product pages to find out if your favourite pieces are water resistant.

How do I take care of my jewellery?

Care Guide:

Make your jewellery last longer by removing it while swimming, showering, exercising, washing your hands, or applying any products such as perfumes, lotions, or hair products and other chemicals. Long term over exposure to any of these activities can lead to wear and tear. To keep your jewellery clean, wipe it with a soft cloth. Do not use jewellery cleaner. Store in a jewellery box at room temperature.

Do you offer gold plated jewellery?

The vast majority of our plated stainless steel collection feature a thin layer of 14k yellow gold (2.5 microns thick), some are 18k gold plated, please check the description of individual products.

Do you offer adjustments?

We can provide a very limited amount of adjustments free of charge for up to 1 year after purchase. This includes repairs, reducing extender lengths for bracelets and necklaces, removing, adding or changing style of extenders, charms or tail tags. Email us at contactus@azira.co.uk to discuss what is possible.

When will items be back in stock?

Items out of stock can usually take 3-4 weeks to be available again, although this is not guaranteed as most of our range are limited pieces.

Do you provide gift bags/packaging?

Gift pouches and boxes can be purchased, head over to Gift Accessories for the latest gift packaging. All orders include a free gift pouch (classic or self care pouch chosen at random).
